Job Role:

As a Design Engineer and Machine Operator, you will be part of a small, dynamic engineering team (2-3 engineers). Your primary responsibility is to develop innovative product designs using CAD software and operate manufacturing machines to produce high-quality prototypes and parts. You will balance technical design tasks with hands-on machine operation, ensuring that designs are functional and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Engineering:

• Develop and create product designs, components, and technical drawings
• Use CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA) to model and visualize designs
• Conduct simulations to validate design integrity and functionality
• Prepare design documentation, including technical reports and drawings
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure innovative and practical solutions

Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines to produce parts according to design specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed for optimal output
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machinery
• Perform quality checks on manufactured components to ensure precision and accuracy
• Maintain accurate logs of production activities and machine performance

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with other engineers in the team to align design and production processes
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes directly to the Director
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software: Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA
• Hands-on experience in operating manufacturing machinery
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage both design and machine operation tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Role:

As a Junior Design Engineer and Post-Processing Technician, you will support the small engineering team (2-3 engineers) by assisting in product design and performing post-processing tasks. Your role involves creating CAD models, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring the quality finish of produced parts through deburring, polishing, and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support:

• Assist in creating technical drawings and models using Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and CATIA
• Support senior engineers by preparing design modifications and updates
• Conduct basic calculations and assist in prototype testing
• Document design changes and maintain records accurately

Post-Processing Work:

• Perform finishing tasks, including deburring, grinding, and polishing of parts
• Inspect completed parts for surface quality and dimensional accuracy
• Operate post-processing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Keep records of processed parts and quality control checks

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accurate execution of design specifications
• Report progress and quality concerns directly to the Director
• Engage in team discussions to improve the efficiency of design and finishing processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field
• Basic proficiency in CAD software: Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA
• Experience in post-processing or related hands-on tasks
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality standards
• Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively within a small team

• Operate finishing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

Qualifications:
